Shipping Information
We ship from Calgary, Alberta, Canada to customers across Canada and the United States.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Please note that we currently do not ship internationally outside of Canada and the United States.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you and your dog to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Condition Requirements
Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached. Gently used snuffle mats or puzzle toys that show light signs of use, such as minor hair or slobber, may be accepted on a case by case basis.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@sniffsolve.com, with your order number and reason for the return
- We will provide a return shipping label for defective or incorrect items, or send return instructions
- Ship the item back to our Calgary warehouse
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size, color, or product.
Exceptions
- Personalized or custom items are not eligible for return
- Shipping fees are non refundable
- Items showing excessive damage from chewing or misuse will not be accepted
